Description:
Nitoflor FC140 is a three component solvent based, epoxy resin coating system supplied in pre-weighed packs ready for on-site mixing and use.

Description:
Nitoflor SL2000 consists of graded aggregates bound in a pigmented epoxy resin binder. It is supplied as a four component system, pre-weighed for on-site mixing. When laid, it provides a smooth, light-reflective surface. It is available in a range of standard colours.

Surface Preparation:
It is essential that Nitoflor SL2000 is applied to sound, clean
and dry surfaces in order that maximum bond strength is
achieved between the substrate and the flooring system. All
dust and debris should be removed prior to application of the
product or its primer.

New concrete floors:
New concrete, or cementitious substrates, should be at least
28 days old and have a moisture content not exceeding 5%.
Laitance deposits on new concrete are best removed by light
grit blasting, mechanical scabbling or grinding.

Old concrete floors:
Existing concrete floors which require refurbishment must be
prepared to ensure a strong adhesive bond between the
flooring system and the existing floor. Mechanical cleaning
methods are strongly recommended particularly where heavy
contamination by oil and grease has occured or existing
coatings are present. To ensure adhesion, all contamination
should be removed.

Nitoprime 25 has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in unopened containers under normal warehouse conditions.

Precautions:

Nitoprime 25 should not come into contact with skin and
eyes or be swallowed. Avoid prolonged inhalation of solvent
vapours.
Some people are sensitive to epoxy resins, hardeners and
solvents. Gloves, goggles and barrier creams should
therefore be used while handling the product. Adequate
ventilation should be ensured and if working is enclosed
areas, suitable breathing apparatus must be used. If the
resin comes in contact with skin, it must be removed before
it hardens with a resin removing cream, followed by washing
with soap and water - solvent should not be used.

Concure WB is a white, low viscosity wax emulsion which incorporates a special alkali reactive emulsion breaking system. This impervious film prevents excessive water evaporation which in turn permits more efficient cement hydration, thus reducing shrinkage and increasing durability.

Effects of Overdosing:
An overdose of double the intended amount of Sprayset HBL(M) will result in increased setting of the mix before it reaches the surface to be sprayed. It will also result in a loss of strength.

Storage Conditions:
Store in dry conditions in the original, unopened container. If stored at high temperatures, the shelf life may be reduced.
