Roff Cera Clean is a high quality rapid active cleaner and degreasing solution for use on tiles, bath tubs, wash basin, privy basin and concrete etc. Whitish spot/layer as normally observed in the bathroom under plastic/metal buckets (normal detergent is not helpful) can be removed with ease. Rapid removal of white yellowish spot/layer along with water stains over tiles, cement stains, grime, oil, paint stains, grease, moss and wax from concrete, asbestos, terrazzo and ceramics.

• Cleaning of surface of floors in kitchen, bathrooms, garages, factories, general building sites etc.

Roff Tile Bonder is economical on-site mix additive to be mixed with cement, for fixing of tiles. Roff Tile Bonder exhibits very high water retention and thus reduces the absorption of water in to porous substrates. It provides workability, sufficient sag resistance as well as appropriate setting time. The adjustability is good even at low dosages and high ambient temperatures. It makes cement self-cured.

Areas of Application:
Roff Tile Bonder (RTB) & cement slurry is used for fixing tiles on conventional machan / Levelling bed application. For fixing tiles on wall, Roff Tile Bonder is to be mixed with cement and / or sand and can be applied by notch trowel.

Method Of Application:

•  All substrates must be clean and dry before application of Fevitite Vertifix
•  Remove dust with a wire entire surface. Using a damp sponge (not wet), wipe the tile or stone to remove any
• particles or remaining dust to ensure a clean direct bond and that all ground material is removed. Wipe dry with a
• clean cloth.
•  Mix 1 part of  resin & with 0.5 parts of  hardner Mix until uniform  color is obtained with no swirls..
•  Always mix the required quantity, which can be consumed with in 30 Min as mixture would become non workable
• if not applied within 30 Min.

Method of Application:

•  Reach the sound concrete and clean the reinforcement bars with wire brush to remove loose scales.
•  Clean with jet of water to remove all dust and loose particles.
• Apply a passivator coat : 1 part cement : 1 part Roff Bond Repair, coat on cleaned reinforcement bars
• and allow to dry for 2-3 hours.

Product Details:

WALL:

• Surface Preparation The surface to be tiled should be sound and thoroughly cleaned.
•  Surface should be free from wax, grease, polish etc.T09 White Adhesive

Mixing:

•  Add 3 - 3.5 parts of powder to 1 part of water.
•  Mix with a trowel / slow speed drills (50 - 100 rpm) until a lump free homogeneous paste is obtained.
•  Always mix the required quantity, which can be consumed with in 30 min. pot life.

Fixing:

• S pread the adhesive to a thickness of approx. 3-6 mm and comb with a notched trowel strictly apply the adhesive paste which can be tiled within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Intermittently touch the adhesive paste on substrate by finger if the adhesive sticks to fingers then continue
• fixing and if not scrape off the adhesive and apply newly mixed adhesive.
• Start placing the Tile /stone on the surface to be fixed. Tap the Tile /stone properly to ensure complete
• coverage of the backside of Tile /stone and to eliminate the possibility of any air voids.
•  Keep joints between two- Tile /stone using spacers.
•  Start filling joints only after 24 hrs. with Roff Rainbow Tile Mate.
